Terms of Use
Atlas (atlasapp.world) helps you discover what crypto is talking about, create original coin projects and launch them from your own wallet. By using Atlas you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
1. Not financial advice
Atlas is an information tool. Nothing on Atlas, including rankings, Heat scores, Meta Shield checks, "smart money" signals, AI-written text or anything Atlas the guide says, is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Meme coins are extremely volatile, are often illiquid, and most lose all of their value. Do your own research and never put in more than you can afford to lose.
2. Information can be wrong or late
Market data, social posts, security checks and narratives come from third-party sources (for example DEX Screener, GeckoTerminal, Pump.fun, GoPlus, RugCheck, X, Bluesky, Telegram and news feeds) and from automated analysis. They can be incomplete, delayed, mislabeled or wrong. A coin passing our checks is not a guarantee that it is safe, and "unknown" never means safe. Listings are not endorsements.
3. Your wallet, your responsibility
Atlas never holds your private keys, seed phrase or funds. Your wallet signs every transaction, and you are responsible for reviewing what you sign. Blockchain transactions are public and usually irreversible. We are not responsible for losses from transactions you approve, wallet compromise, network fees, failed or front-run transactions, or the behaviour of third-party protocols (including Pump.fun and DEX routers).
4. Creating and launching coins
Projects you build in the Studio are yours, and so is the responsibility for them. You must not use Atlas to create or promote anything that:
- impersonates a real person, brand or organisation, or implies an endorsement that doesn't exist;
- infringes someone else's trademark, copyright or other rights;
- is a scam, rug pull, pump-and-dump or other attempt to mislead buyers;
- exploits tragedies, harasses people, or is hateful, sexual involving minors, or otherwise unlawful.
Launch-log entries record what happened on-chain. A coin appearing there is not an endorsement. We may hide or remove projects that break these terms.
5. AI features
Some features use AI models (for example concept drafting and artwork). AI output can be inaccurate, unoriginal or resemble existing work. Review it before you use it, and you are responsible for what you publish or launch. Free AI allowances are limited per wallet and per day and may change or end at any time.
6. Fair use of the service
Don't attack, overload, scrape at scale, or try to bypass the limits, security or access controls of Atlas, and don't use it to break any law, including sanctions laws. We may limit, suspend or end access for anyone who does.
7. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally allowed to use crypto services where you live. Atlas is not intended for anyone in a place where using it would be unlawful.
8. No warranty, limited liability
Atlas is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Atlas and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of funds, tokens, profits or data, arising from your use of Atlas or reliance on its information.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as Atlas changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Atlas after a change means you accept the updated terms.
